Rick is a member of the Altus Kiwanis Club, past Chairman of the Altus Chamber of Commerce and is a former Honorary Commander for the 54th Air Refueling Squadron, Altus AFB. Rick is a graduate of the Leadership Altus Class V, has served as President of the Jackson County Bar Association, and currently serves on the Board of Regents for Western Oklahoma State College.
